1. The number of credits  is not less than 144 after adding the Thesis course. 

2. Transcript grades  must be clean  from courses with double names / duplicates / missing, do grade cleansing if you have problems like this.

3. Pass one of the foreign language skills; TOEFL with  a minimum score of  450  or TOAFL  375  (may use TOEFL/TOAFL score at the time of the entrance test if it has met the value – filled in on the trial registration form) 

4. Filling out the SKPI on AIS in  each requested field  ( Worship Practice Certificate, Qiraat, PPKT / PLP and Computer, TOEFL / TOAFL, other certificates of participation in competitions or activities ). Filling out the SKPI  can be done while actively being a student until graduation registration . Make sure the filling is in accordance with the requested fields, otherwise it will hinder the graduation registration process (SKPI is not validated *).

Alternative Step 4 if you have never filled it in, can be done while waiting for the trial schedule/determination of the examiner, upload the data for SKPI in AIS,  Report to the respective Academic Advisor to validate it . then it will be validated at the study program/faculty level.  SKPI that is not validated by the Academic Advisor will not be validated at the next level*.

5. Include a statement that  the work is your own  / free from plagiarism with a stamp – include it in the thesis document

6. Include  the Thesis Approval Sheet  ( the format will be sent together with number 7)  from the supervisor, acknowledged by the Head of Study Program  – (uploaded to each drive with open settings, the document address is filled in on the defense registration form)

7. Attach  the Department Declaration Sheet (click) to be acknowledged by the Academic Advisor and Head of Study Program – (uploaded to each drive with open settings, document address filled in on the trial registration form)   

8. Attaching  the Thesis Guidance Book  (Yellow) – (scan the cover/binding, fill in the last 1 page of guidance with the supervisor, the back page of the cover contains the supervisor’s signature)

9. Attaching  the Academic Guidance Book  (Green) –  (scan the cover/binding, fill in the last 1 page of academic guidance with the supervisor, the back cover page has the signature of the academic supervisor)

10. Completing the Thesis Document – (uploaded to each drive with  open settings , document address filled in on the examination registration form)

11. Create a video presentation of the thesis for online defense –  (uploaded on Youtube or on each drive with  open settings , document address filled in on the defense registration form)
